This is the Carminat navigation and Communication v32.1 (2012-2013). Contains DVD + update CD. Maps: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, CzechRepublic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland To be used in Renault vehicles: - Megane manufactured after 01/10/2008 - Scenic manufactured after 01/09/2006 - Koleos manufactured after 01/01/2008 - Laguna manufactured after 01/04/2005 - Vel satis manufactured after 01/06/2005 - Espace manufactured after 01/03/2006
Is this version Multilingual ? I need the German language on my Navigation system. Thanks!

The CD nor the DVD want to be read by Laguna 2 03.2007 with CNC

Wrote a CD-R using Nero 12 with following options:
- 4x lowest speed
- CD (UDF/ISO)
- write method: Disc/Session-at-once
- checked: "write" and "finalize disc"
- no multisession
- ISO: data mode 1, ISO 9660 only, max of 11 = 8+3 chars (level1), ISO 9660 (standard ISO CD-ROM)
CD Content
- Files copied at the DVD+R DL root:
file: MMAIN001.DAT + 1 folder ZZPROG
Error when putting into Laguna dashboard: Disc cannot be read...

- DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO)
- 2,4x (slowest)
- checked "Write" + "Finalize disc"
- ISO: ISO 9660 only / MAx of 11=8+3.... / ISO 9660(standard ISO CD ROM)
Files copied at the DVD+R DL root:
file: MMAIN001.DAT + 15 folders (from AADIAINS to ZZPROG)
Error when putting into Laguna dashboard: boots for 10-15sec then reboots... then reboots.... in a loop...
Can we migrate directly from the original DVD that came from the car or should I first get an older update (31.1?) before getting this 32.1 version???

FROM THE EARLIER VERSION I COPIED THIS TEXT. FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW AND GIVE CRED TO THE SEEDER.
This is the most recent Renault Carminat map DVD, version V32.1 2012, compatible with different Renault models from 2005-now (not for TomTom Carminat naviagtion!)
This disc will automatically update your vehicles navigation system to display an improved menu design with new map display. Simply insert the included CD disc into your system for an instant system update.
This package contains: 1 DVD + system upgrade CD
The upgrade CD will install a new menu option for speed camera GPS localization.
Map DVD contains: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, CzechRepublic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
Instructions:
The torrent contains 2 folders: "CD" and "DVD".
1) Burn all files from folder "CD" in the root of a good quality CDR disc
2) Burn all files from folder "DVD" in the root of a good quality DVD+R Dual layer disc
3)Extremely important: leave the engine running during the complete upgrade process in order to avoid ignition switch off which will potentially cause a system crash!!
5) Wait untill the upgrade process is completely finished (will take several minutes) and follow the instructions on the screen
6) Insert the V31.1 DVD and you will have the latest V31.1 map including speed camera warnings
Tips for burning:
- Use good quality discs.
- Burn at the slowest possible speed
- For the DVD always use dual-layer DVD+R discs, DVD-R will not work in your car
I also works in other Renaults and certain Nissan models.
Just burn the contents of the V31.1 directory onto a DVD+R DL with the following options (UDF/ISO), NO multisession, ISO 9960. Nero recommended.
It is extremely important to use a high quality disc and burn at the slowest speed possible!
